Cancellation policy

Ministry Mail Club memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date. Once a renewal payment has been processed, that month’s dispatch may already be in production and cannot necessarily be cancelled or refunded.

Cancelling your membership prevents future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account, or contact the Ministry for assistance.
